This Centre is visualised as a space hosting a library, an audio-visual room, a performance space — with resources like films, books, magazines, audio files, and offline and online resources. It is visualised as an active space that hosts dialogues, events, performances, film screenings, readings and exhibitions for teachers and students, becoming a hub for traditional, modern, digital and other forms of creative expression.

The Centre designs and hosts programmes that introduce participants to various forms of participatory, process-oriented capacity building. It focuses on enabling participants to experience relaxed yet thought-provoking ways of learning — through photography, sky gazing, treks, film screenings, performances, creative writing, book reading, and more.
